  • You constantly criticize yourself. 

  • You don’t believe that you are worthy. 

  • You are excessively hard on yourself, even if you find it easy to be compassionate towards others. 

  • You don't believe in yourself.

  • It is hard for you to know what you need. 

  • When you look in the mirror, all you see are your imperfections. 

  • You operate out of fear of rejection. 

  • You neglect self-care. 

  • You downplay your gifts, talents and abilities. 

  • You have low self-confidence. 

  • You feel lonely or bored over long periods of time. 

  • You constantly crave the approval of others.
